Nurse: RN or LPN (full-time & part-time)
Mt. Notre Dame Health Center is the home for the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. We are a 5 star facility with 80 private rooms (40 skilled nursing and 40 assisted living). We are looking for caring and dependable nurses to join our team. Our 1st and 2nd shift have three nurses and six STNA's and our 3rd shift has two nurses and four STNA's.
Benefit package starts at 20 hours a week and includes free Retirement, Life and LTD, dental and vision at a small premium. You will also receive a PTO bank (vacation and sick are lumped together).
We offer 8 hour shift.
Must be state licensed.
Successful candidate must have at least one year of LTC experience.
RN/LPN must be responsible for medication passes, carry out orders for specific treatment.
Computer charting experience, specifically with Point Click Care (PCC).
Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required.
Able to supervise STNA's
No PRN Available.
Current staffing needs:
- 1 RN/LPN 8 hours per week 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- 1 RN/LPN 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m, 32 hours per week including every other weekend.
