On five continents, our Sisters pray daily for the good men and women who join with us in making known the goodness of God. The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur are part of a worldwide mission that reaches beyond the boundaries of nation, culture, and circumstance. Our shared mission is simple and profound: to make known God’s goodness through educating for life.

Across the United States, Sisters serve in education, pastoral ministry, and community organizing, walking alongside individuals and families with dignity, and compassion. Around the world, Sisters serve communities through work at the United Nations, in North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond, responding to local needs through education, health care, pastoral presence, and outreach to those who are too often unseen and voices unheard.

In classrooms and community centers, parishes and neighborhoods, villages and cities, Sisters strengthen faith, nurturing resilience, and building hope in the midst of daily challenges. The Partners in Action luncheon showcases the impact of this work with international, national, and local stories.
