Feel Better in 2022
It appears new year’s resolutions have gone out the window for 44% of Americans who no longer make them. Personally, I made one this year. But I already broke it. So much for that.
Maybe the 44% is onto something. Maybe 2022 is a good year to let go of resolutions and think instead about what might make us feel better.
If you need a little boost of dopamine, also known as the feel-good hormone, look no further than Live the Good. Dopamine is often released when we volunteer or help others. No wonder so many of our volunteers comment on how much they enjoyed the time spent and the people they met during our service opportunities. I feel the same way.
Our next Live the Good Opportunity is at the Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Center on Saturday, February 5 from 10:30 am-12:30 pm. You can find more details and a link to register HERE. Please note registration will close on Monday, January 31.
Please join us as we serve alongside our amazing Sisters, connect with others, and make God’s goodness known.
As always, the Sisters continue to pray for you, and that’s definitely something to make us all feel better. Please keep them in your prayers as well.
I hope to see you at a Live the Good this year. Stay tuned for more upcoming opportunities.
Be well. Do good.
