Live the Good Volunteers: Caldwell Preserve Family Friendly Experience
“We must help people recapture a relationship with Mother Earth that is tender and kind.” -- Sr. Dorothy Stang
In the spirit of St. Julie and in honor of Sr. Dorothy Stang, the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur invite you to join our community in celebrating National Public Lands Day with a Live the Good Experience at Caldwell Preserve. If you have never been, you are in for a treat.
National Public Lands Day is held each year on the fourth Saturday in September. Thousands of volunteers around the country descend on public parks to help restore our parks and preserves. Cincinnati Park District is organizing these efforts locally.
To minimize risks associated with COVID-19, LTG Volunteers will be the only volunteers assigned to Caldwell Preserve. With 3.5 miles of trails, social distancing should not be a problem!
Volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Family Friendly Live the Good Volunteer Experience at Caldwell Preserve. We will be walking trails looking for signs of erosion and clearing paths as needed.
