Luke (Acts 5)

The Pharisees had the Apostles flagged, ordered them to stop preaching and dismissed them. Yet, “all day long, they did not stop proclaiming Christ their Lord.”

The early Christian community was unstoppable. They were indeed, “. . . the stewards of the mysteries of God’s Holy Spirit.”

Spirit God, wind of the ancient Ruah, blow in and through us. Fill us with the bright, joyous courage of these beautiful men and women.
