Cincinnati Housing Partners

Cincinnati Housing Partners is a program dedicated to increasing home-ownership opportunities for families in the Cincinnati area. The organization builds houses or purchases houses and rehabilitates them with the help of volunteers. The homes are sold to low-to-moderate income families. Homeowners also attend classes that teach the skills required for successful home ownership.

Cincinnati Housing Partners desires to work with neighborhood organizations engaged in comprehensive revitalization activities. Since 1985, Cincinnati Housing Partners has provided homes for more than 300 children and their parents in seven area neighborhoods and communities. A full 98% of all homebuyers successfully live in and pay for their homes today.
