MORNINGS OF SPIRITUALITY - Women in/of the Church
Led by Marge Kloos, SC, D.Min.
November 1, 2014
We are living in a new moment in the Church. During this time (and prior to) there have been a lot of new stories, magazine articles, books, and films about this subject in the last few years. Is there any new knowledge you have today? How do you identify women in/of the church? Who are they? Where are they? What are their ministries today? Living in the ‘age of Francis’, what hope(s) and/or concerns do you have for women/church today and into the future?
Sister Marge Kloos, SC, D.Min., serves as an associate professor in the Department of Religious and Pastoral studies at Mount St. Joseph University. She has also done research in feminist methodologies for cross-cultural spiritual care and was the 1999 recipient of the Adele Clifford Excellence in Teaching Award at MSJ University.
